Visual Studio 2008 and Nested Masterpages

I will use a web template from oswd.org to demonstrate the use of Master Pages and how they are supported in Visual Studio 2008. Specifically, I will show the inheritance features by using two Master Pages.

The downloadable code has problems.  For one, there is a class name in TwoColumn.Master called "floatRight width75" that is undefined.  Is there any chance we can get a fix for this?
