I have searched high-and-low for a good low-cost high-quality "support-based" chat system with multiple operator capabilities, and SupportChat.net has finally answered my needs.
A little buggy at first, but the developer was knowledgeable, courteous and very prompt to help me with my issues. ... Including the installation and initial setup to specify a logo and other settings, the chat was up and running in less than 30 minutes from the time I got it! Incorporating it into my clients existing site was a snap, and they were answering support-chat requests within minutes.
My favorite feature is the ability to watch what pages the visitors are actually on at that very moment, and to invite them for a chat session on their next page-view.
Great job on this one!
