How did all of the pages that were created, such as the AddOrders.aspx page, auto become content pages for the master page? Did I miss something? Trying to follow along I had to rewrite each of the pages to use the master page.

Hi, I was testing the code, but there were no pop-up's of submenus like in the demo. Was using IE8-Explorer (German). Now switched IE8 to Compatibility-mode and pop-up's were working. That is a tricky!

Just like the other member sugested, I switched IE8 to compatibility mode and the submenu pop-ups start to show. Really tricky!
