Why did you choose ASP.NET 2.0?

ASP.NET supports more powerful and robust server-side programming languages such as C# and Visual basic in contrast with most other non-compiled scripting language. This helped us in building a more responsive and rich user interface.

How did ASP.NET AJAX help you improve your user experience?

Techniques like partial page updates in AJAX reduces round trips to the server and enable incremental page UI updates this improved the user interaction speed. ASP.NET AJAX cross browser compatibility is another important feature which improves user experience across all platforms.

What ASP.NET AJAX features did you take advantage of?

Using ajax collapsible panels and modalPopup for image library has improved the overall download speed for this website.

What was the ASP.NET AJAX development experience like?

ASP.NET AJAX was extremely easy to deploy on our website. Not having to code or debug lot of client side java script allowed me to focus more on application functionality.
