Total rewrite of AdMentor, using ASP.NET (C#). AdMentor lets you weight your banners - that is you can make some banners appear more often than others. It supports multiple banner sizes/ad positions. Zoning is also available (you can target certain ads to only appear on certain pages or areas of your site). There is a HTML code generator which generates the ad code you should insert into your ASP/ASP.NET/HTML pages. Access-database or SQL Server database is used in the backend. Administration scripts and statistic pages are available as well.

Following the trail of links for this, I end up at a page with a description for the PRO edition of the product, which is not free.
The ASP.NET website really should have a way to report controls that are no longer available. There appears to be a few.
