I purchased this product around the 5th of May and was extremely excited. I had a project that needed to be completed in 5 days. I purchased the installion pkg also for them to install it. I send 3 e-mails to them to insure that they'd call bk in time and get everything setup. They never called back or sent a e-mail. My 5 days came and went. Its now May 23rd. and I'm trying to get a refund. I still haven't heard from them. Buyer beware!
