Why is there an ASP.NET account on my machine?

How do I post a question on the ASP.NET forums?
To create a new thread:

1. Sign in to the site.
2. Navigate to the forum in which you want to post a question.
3. Click on the big blue Write a New Post button.
4. Enter a Subject which summarizes your question.
5. Enter a Message which details your question.
6. Press the Post button.

To reply to an existing thread:

1. Sign in to the site.
2. Navigate to the thread to which you want to post a reply.
3. Click on the Reply link on the post to which you would like to reply.
4. Enter a Message.
5. Press the Post button.
