I saw the presentation yesterday in Anaheim (Daniel Egan) and I was impressed with this feature. Is this the only addition to the AJAX framework in the future?

Exactly what versions of Visual Studio and AJAX are required to implement this feature?

I am using a single ScriptManager on my masterpage.  Can you direct me to an article which demonstrates using AJAX history with the ScriptManager and MasterPages?

OK. Feel like a dork. I have installed SP1 on VS2008 and .net 3.5. I cannot locate the ajax history control. Is there anything else I should install? It looks like I should see it in the toolbox. I don't have the 3.5 Extensions Website template either.

Does anyone know what browsers that Ajax history will work on?  I would assume it is cross browser compatible, but I haven't found any definitive documentation that says such.

I'm missing the following in my VS 2008 sp1 environment:

ASP.Net 3.5 Extensions WebSite is missing from my templates

and the .net 3.5 extensions tab is not in my toolbox.

Are there any componants other than SP1 and .net 3.5 that need to be installed to add these items?

I am using an update panel in a content page with the scriptmanager on a masterpage. I got the first part of displaying the string in the url just fine, but I can't get the string to get the scriptmanager on the masterpage to tell my gridview to render just as it was at that history point. The suggested tutorial involving the video for a history control in the futures package does not help since I have ASP.NET 3.5 SP1 installed and cannot find that control in it anywhere. Did the history control get deleted from the final version.
