How Do I: Create a Master Page in Visual Studio 2008

I watched these videos by Asli last week and they were a great intro to the CSS and Master Page support in VS2008. I will be presenting ASP.NET updates for VS2008 for our community launch and I'm planning on incorporating examples based on what I've learned from these videos.
