Nice introduction, but I wish you'd gone a little more into details...I assume that valid chars works with regular expressions? It looks like the FilterType property supports multiple modes (ie, "Custom, Numbers"), which may be a little unintuitive for those used to boolean ORing Enums...please keep those things in mind in the future!
