Please disregard previous post: researched ASP.NET Developer Center Library to learn how to attach style sheet. Click Format, Attach Style Sheet instead of the steps described in the video.

The stylesheet property doesn't appear in VWD 2008. Just drag the .css from the Solution Explorer onto the document instead.
