Thanks for a good video. You missed one gotcha that some viewers might fall into; namely if they are using ASp.NET authorization, and are specifying something like deny users="?", and allow users="*" to force logins, then this will affect the App_Themes folder as well. Simple solution is to add a web.config file to the App_Themes folder and specify allow users="*" in that web.config.
