When I come to the point of adding TeamController I get error message:

Unable to retrieve metadata for ‘Sports.Models.Team‘. One or more validation errors were detected during model generation:

-System.Data.Edm.EdmEntityType: : EntityType ´Players‘ has no key defined. Define the key for this EntityType.

-System.Data.Edm.EdmEntitySet: EntityType: EntitySet Players is based on type Players that has no keys defined.

I am using Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2010 Express.

Everything is/was working, but I had same problem as Vok5. I have tried to refresh and use the button "show all files", but no database is visible in database explorer. I found the database: Sports.Models.SportsContext.mdf at - C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.3\MSSQL\Data. I then used the Add connection in database explorer, but now I get an Exception:

The underlying provider failed on Open. And nothing works anymore now, even if I delete the database which I Added.

The answer is that he is showing completed code instead of the actual code from the action he is performing. Once you create the first controller, compile the project and add the second controller, your sportsContext will look that same as the example on the screen.

I guess it was easier to plug in snippets of completed screen recordings than to make an accurate recording of the steps as they occurred.
