Did Microsoft outright drop client-side templates in ASP.NET AJAX to depend entirely upon the jQuery Templates plug-in instead? If so, I cannot find ANY documentation on that, just a bunch of obsoleted documentation like this video. If not, where do I get those scripts? I downloaded the ASP.NET AJAX Toolkit library but it's just a binary, and doesn't come with .js files.
