My question is that when trying to deploy such site to a server running IIS6, these links will not work. Because IIS6 does not redirect requests with no extension (like aspx) to the asp.net worker process. And I could't find a way to do this mapping. Is there any way?

Second question, I can't duplicate your code in the Global.asax file because you're using codebehind, and VS2010 doesn't let you create a Global.asax file with code behind, and I'm not having success trying to manually configure it. How did you do that?
