First I install the Expression Studio v 4 that we recently purchased. I tried several diff ways to start the installation, all of which give me the message you need to install .Net framework v 4 (which is already installed) It also asks do you want to dopwnload now, so I say yes. It then says download failed(and gives the path that it tried to load from. Annnnnnddddd the installation stops. There is no way around this I tried running the setup from inside the Expressions folder on the DVD etc, no Fing way to get it to load w/o the same message, and stop. Went to MS download site and install .Net again, still NG.

What do I do? Throw it away?? So I go to the live support for the product it asks me what is my issue, I select install, then it asks me for the product key I click on finding your product key and it tells me the key is produced when you install. I go back and check none for product key. I am now asked "how do you want to pay? $295...

What do I do? Throw it away??

I download the free versions just to start using the program, they apparently download but I cannot find the program files or any icon or program in the program list areas.

So I need to get something simple done right away, so I download webmatrix. I selecty a template and a list of help /tutorial topics comes up.... click or right click on them ... zero. Go to the help section a list of topics.... same thing nothing comes up. So what do I think of micosoft. I am not going to say because I would get in trouble. Also all installs go fine except where noted.

jimwatson2009@yahoo.com
